Today is a special day for me, the first entirely numbered KICKASSS t-shirts are out. 90 only, 30 for the ladies in black, and 30 for the men in purple and 30 in black. On every t-shirt, you have a tag, on one face you’ve got the usual brand stuffs and on the other side you can check the t-shirt number you’ve been given. Simple!

There is though a “dark side”. I add to change the prices…The t-shirts will be now 28 euros instead of 25 and the polos will be 38 instead of 35 euros. I had to take this decision in order to keep an ongoing quality and to keep on doing details that make the difference. I hope you won’t be over shoked by this decision. Yesterday, I’ve received the first 2000 KICKASSS news tags. Then I had to numbered, one by one, each tag that will make every KICKASSS new t-shirt, a numbered and unique one. They are already available at the Biarritz Shop and tomorrow in the online store.

Au moins on aura pu voir que le nouveau maillot blanc est sacrément sympa (bien qu’un peu trop moulant sur certains joueurs).

Et sinon, vu sur un forum: “Ah mais ils étaient ou les Espagnols à Vancouver, hein? Y’avait personne sur le 20 km en biathlon! Ah oui, tout de suite, ça fait moins les malins!”

I’ve met a young product designer today at the shop. John Nouanesing is talentuous for sure, he came to the shop today and it’s the type of encounter that I simply love. He follows his convictions and ideas with passion and conviction. And his ideas are just great. Check out his work here.

In addition he works with a part of his family in the best asian supermarket around, and this is one of his other qualities!

Du coup j’ai profité de ces 30 minutes de gagnées pour installer une petite étagère dans le stock du shop afin d’y mettre une machine à café Nespresso (un grand merci à mon buddy boy Lio). A partir de maintenant je pourrai donc tranquillement consulter ma liste de blogs/sites en sirotant un bon café.

Hier j’ai fait un peu de ménage dans ma liste de blogs/sites que je lis tous les jours. Du coup, aujourd’hui j’ai gagné environ 30 minutes en productivité. C’est dingo!

CThis is how I could sum up this month results. The global incomes have drop off 29% but the online sales represent 52% of the global amount which is the best result ever for KICKASSS. This is my main satisfaction this month as it gives me a lot of hope for the upcoming winters. As I mentionned a few weeks ago I will now have a more “online” approach next winter in order to satisfy the online demand and not only considering that the biarritz shop is quite.

March is starting now and on regards to the past year results it should be a lot better. Wait and see…

I don’t really know what the whole thing is like but the intro is pretty cool.

EDIT: 6.17pm I’ve just finished the first 3 episodes. It’s all about NYC baby and the way to make some cash in America. Two of the characteres are starting a small denim label called Crisp. Sounds familiar?
